Auctions at the Nevada County Fair

Support local youth in agriculture by attending the Ag Mechanics Auction and the Junior Livestock Auction at the Nevada County Fair. Each purchase and bid at these auctions is an investment in the next generation of agriculture and supports college funding, vocational training and future agriculture projects.

Helpful Information for Buyers

  • If you are unable to attend the auctions in person, please contact Jo with entries and we will get you to the correct person to place a proxy bid at (530) 520-1820.
  • All buyers must register and have a buyer’s number to bid.
  • The Junior Livestock Auction is a terminal sale.
