We have five days of excitement and fun planned for Fairgoers! The Nevada County Fair is the perfect opportunity to enjoy musical entertainment, delicious food, carnival rides, animals, and exhibits in a community-friendly environment and at affordable family prices!


Enter an Exhibit in the Fair

Application for Community Showcase Acts

Do you have a dance group you’d like to see perform at the Fair?  Does your group have a skill they’d like to demonstrate to Fair-goers? Want to do a martial arts demonstration, a cheerleading demonstration, or show off your baton twirling skills? The Nevada County Fair is now accepting applications for community acts and demonstration to perform at the 2021 Nevada County Fair, August 11-15. there is no paid compensation for community showcases and demonstrations. 2021 Nevada County Fair Slogan Contest Winner

“The Fair is Back in Town!” is the slogan for the 2021 Nevada County Fair. Congratulations to Lisa Vaughan of Grass Valley for submitting the winning slogan, based on the inspiration of optimism, resiliency, and coming together as a community. We received more than 150 entries in our contest to find the slogan for the 2021 Fair.  Thank you to all who entered the theme contest!



Except for service dogs, no dogs or other pets are allowed on the grounds during events. Pets providing emotional support, well-being, comfort or companionship are not recognized as service animals under ADA regulations and are not permitted.
