Stop by to see the fantastic displays of gem and mineral collections, visit the booths of the numerous vendors, bid on minerals and rocks at our silent auction, watch local artisans at work, and see the demonstrations. What’s happening this weekend at the Nevada County Fairgrounds? It’s the Gem and Mineral Show! Held in Main Street Building on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, there will be a huge selection of vendors selling gem and mineral specimens, beads and supplies, jewelry, gold mining supplies, lapidary equipment, and more. Admission is $2 for adults, and children and parking are free.
