Meet Elsa. This little cutie stopped by our office to show us her new bike and helmet.  Elsa rides her bike each week at the Fairgrounds and told us she likes the Fairgrounds because she can go super fast and race her Mom around the grounds. She also said that she hopes to “someday get her training wheels off and race her friends around the grounds.”  We love seeing our youngest generation enjoying the grounds!
