Good news! Beginning Friday, the dump station at the Nevada County Fairgrounds will be open to the public every Friday from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Please go to the red A frame office at Gate 4 for assistance.
We’re also able to open to recreational travelers again (yippee!), so give us a call at (530) 273-6217 to make a reservation.

New Pergola at Lions Lake
A huge thank you to Zachary Wernke for building this beautiful pergola for the community to enjoy while visiting Lions Lake. Zach, who built the pergola for his Eagle Scout Project, chose to do work at the Fairgrounds because the grounds represent a big part of his childhood. He’s spent years volunteering, attending events and showing animals at the Fair and he has many happy memories here. He said he is proud of the project and to be able to give back to the community. Thank you, Zachary, for your hard work and service!
