The Fairgrounds maintenance team has been busy planting trees at California’s Most Beautiful Fairgrounds. Here are pictures of six of the 13 trees being planted. Trees make us happy! Thank you, Rotary Club of Grass Valley, for the donation of these beauties!

Thank you to Grass Valley Rotary Club for the donation of these Maple trees to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. As soon as they are planted, we’ll post pictures of them in their new home. We’re currently working on planting Maples, Pin Oaks and a Redwood in the RV Park (thanks to donations from Grass Valley Host Lions, Nevada City Lions, Foothill Lions and members of the Gold Country Lions Club) and we’ll be posting photos of that planting soon. We so appreciate the support of our community in keeping our Fairgrounds beautiful!
