HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR THE 2022 NEVADA COUNTY FAI HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR THE 2022 NEVADA COUNTY FAIR: If you purchased ON-LINE tickets, please take a screenshot of the bar code from your email for EACH ticket you purchased BEFORE you arrive at the fairgrounds. This will save time and frustration when entering the Fair and the arena events. Phone reception is not guaranteed, especially with so many people on the fairgrounds attending the wonderful event. Thank you for your understanding and we can’t wait to see you at the 2022 Nevada County Fair!!
CONGRATULATIONS to more winners in the Youth Divis CONGRATULATIONS to more winners in the Youth Divisions at the 2022 Nevada County Fair: Proud Traditions, Best of Division and 1st Place came from Division 289 Paint A Rock, Exhibitors age 9-12, Class 1 - Animals - was created by Aidynn Salter, age 12. Proud Traditions Winner, Best of Division and 1st Place came from Division 313 Textiles, Exhibitors age 9 - 12, Class 9 Pillow, 'Combination Hook Rug w/ Pillow w/ Machine Sewing' was created by Jasper Levinson, age 11. Proud Traditions, Best of Division and 1st Place came from Division 381 Sculptures, Exhibitors age 5-8, Class 1 - Any, - 'Clay Animals, Barn Made Out Of Branches, Twigs and Foil' was created by Lilly Marshall, age 8. CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners at the 2022 Nevada County Fair!

Proud Traditions, Best of Division and 1st Place came from Div. 386, Poetry, Exhibitors age 13-17, Class 5 - Any Other went to Cambelle Nunnink, age 15. Proud Traditions, Best of Division and 1st Place came from Div. 829, Youth Community Hero, Class 1 - "Firefighters' went to Alexandrina Machado age 12. CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners at the 2022 Nevada County Fair!
SPECIAL VISITORS to the Nevada County Fair - Holge SPECIAL VISITORS to the Nevada County Fair - Holger and Niko are attending the 2022 Nevada County Fair all the way from Germany! Holger (on the right) has been making the trip to Grass Valley and attending the Nevada County Fair for 18 years! He says the 14-hour flight is so worth it! His first time to Grass Valley was in 2001 when friends picked him up from the San Francisco airport and drove to Grass Valley, but it wasn't until 2004 that he discovered the wonderful Nevada County Fair. Holger says Grass Valley is such a beautiful town and it's his first stop every year to attend the Fair in his 5 week vacation in the United States. Niko, also from Germany, made the trip with Holger this year and it's his 2nd year attending to the Nevada County Fair. Holger & Niko are pictured in front of their favorite Treat Street food booth, the Rough & Ready Fire Department's Baked Potatoes!! We are privileged that Holger and Niko were able to be with us for the 2022 Nevada County Fair and look forward to their visit again in the future! #nevadacountyfair2022 #traditions #fromgermany #travel #fair #music #makingmemories #food #roughandready #bakedpotatoes #yum #fun
