The Nevada County Fair’s Competition Handbook, which includes all the information you need to enter exhibits, is now available. Graduates of Flower Arranging Workshop

Congratulations to the graduates of the 2016 Flower Arranging Workshop. This educational class is offered each year at the Fairgrounds by the Chicago Park Garden Club. Watch for these talented florists as they enter their exhibits at the Fair. Great job!

Have kids who are interested in participating in a Flower Arranging Workshop for Juniors (ages 6 – 17)? Chicago Park Garden Club is hosting a class for kids to prepare them to enter an exhibit in the Junior Floriculture Competition during the Fair. The class is free, and kids create the cutest arrangements. The class is limited to the first 25 students, and is held on June 15 at the Fairgrounds. To register, call Ann at 265-8210.

Young Flower Arrangers

Look at these awesome flower arrangements made by these talented kiddos at Wednesday’s flower arranging class (hosted by the Chicago Park Garden Club) at the Nevada County Fairgrounds.
