The Nevada County Fair is the perfect opportunity to enjoy live entertainment, delicious food, carnival rides, animals, and exhibits in a community-friendly environment and at affordable family prices!

Advance Sale Ticket Prices

Advanced Sale offers are valid June 1 until Tuesday, August 9 at 5 pm.

Advance Special Admission Ticket—$6
5-Day Fair Pass—$30. Allows unlimited gate entry for all 5 days.
Event Parking Pass—$25. Allows unlimited parking entry for all 5 days.
“Be A Kid Again” Adult Admission—$4 (Thursday only)
Carnival wristband—$23 “Pay One Price”. Good any one day.
Arena Events (below): Advance tickets available (Fair admission is also required in order to attend any arena event.)

Job Fair for Fair Season Jobs

The Nevada County Fairgrounds will host a Job Fair to fulfill its hiring needs for this year’s Fair season on Thursday, June 2, from 3 – 6 pm at Ponderosa Hall, located at Gate 2, at the Nevada County Fairgrounds. A list of jobs available is listed below, and applications will be available at the Job Fair. If you are interested in working at the Fairgrounds during the 2016 season, plan to attend the Job Fair.

Application for Community Showcase Acts

Do you have a dance group you’d like to see perform at the Fair? Does your group have a skill they’d like to demonstrate to Fair-goers? Want to do a martial arts demonstration, a cheerleading demonstration, or show off your baton twirling skills? The Nevada County Fair is now accepting applications for community acts and demonstration to perform at the 2016 Nevada County Fair. There is no paid compensation for community showcases and demonstrations. To be considered, applications must be returned by June 3
