James Garner’s Tribute to Johnny Cash

Tribute to Johnny Cash – Friday at 4:30
For the past 11 years, Garner and his band have recreated Cash’s biggest hits with stunning accuracy in this not-to-be-missed musical event. From a special concert airing on PBS to shows at Folsom and San Quentin prisons, it’s easy to see why this is the premier tribute to the “Man in Black.” The show is a fun, toe-tapping trip down memory lane, honoring Johnny Cash’s life and music, and the sound of his longtime backing band, the Tennessee Three. James Garner is on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Denny Colleret is on lead guitar and vocals, Rick Duncan is on bass and vocals, and Nick Auriemmo is on drums.

Sourdough Slim

Yodeling Cowboy Comic & Songster
Slim’s lively material includes timeless western classics, novelty showstoppers, and his own songs about cowboy life gone astray. An accomplished singer and multi-instrumentalist, his comic routines and humorous stories quickly get his audiences laughing. Born Rick Crowder on a family cattle ranch in the Sierra Foothills, he decided his true calling as a cowboy was on stage rather than in the saddle.

Danny Morris & The California Stars

Classic Country Songs and Rocking Originals
Danny Morris & The California Stars play country the way it used to be – stripped down, honest, blue collar and raw – with influences like Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson.
