Harvest Fair – Enter an Exhibit

  • Entries for 2019 begin in Summer.
  • The Harvest Fair is held during the Draft Horse Classic, September 19 – 22, 2019.

It is free to enter, and all Harvest Fair exhibitors will receive two complimentary tickets to the Friday, September 22, Draft Horse performance.

Walk-In Entries: Bring your entry form into the Fairgrounds Office at 11228 McCourtney Road, Grass Valley, CA.

Harvest Fair Information:

In between the Draft Horse performances, the Harvest Fair is bustling with activity. The Harvest Fair is an experience that can be enjoyed by kids and adults – and admission is free! Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the barns and meet the horses, taste the delicious Treat Street goodies, or sit and enjoy the live entertainment. With so much to see and do, there’s a little something for everyone at the Harvest Fair. Activities are on-going at the Fairgrounds during the Classic:

  • Art at the Classic
  • Musical Entertainment
  • Western Trade Show
  • Treat Street Goodies
  • Clogging Jamboree
    Show Times: Saturday and Sunday from noon to 1 pm on the Green
  • Visit the Barns
    Be sure to visit the barns during your visit to the Classic. The barns are open throughout the event in between performances.  However, they become “back stage” during performances and for safety purposes are closed when the horses are heading back and forth to the arena shows.
  • Guided Barn Tour, Saturday at 2pm: $15 admission, call the office at 530-273-6217 to reserve your space.

  • Live Horse Shoeing Competition
  • Produce Characters, Painted Pumpkins and Prizes!
    Visit the Floriculture Building to see exhibitors compete for cash awards and ribbons by showcasing their finest fruits, vegetables and crafts.

Although there is a fee for the Draft Horse performances, admission to the Fairgrounds is free, so stop by anytime during the Classic.
