We love trees and we love our community partners! A huge thank you to the Rotary Club of Grass Valley for their recent donation of 15 maple trees to the Nevada County Fairgrounds. Members of the club visited the Fairgrounds on a rainy Friday to see two of the trees recently planted at the RV Park at the Fairgrounds. The remaining maples that will soon be planted at the Fairgrounds for the community to enjoy. Pictured from left to right are Rotarians Doug Newnan, Kathleen Shaffer, Scott Browne (President of GV Rotary), Monty East, and Larry Faller; and Nevada County Fairgrounds CEO Rea Callender. Thank you, Rotary, for helping us keep our Fairgrounds beautiful!
